It is known that different fabrics have different functions for customized work clothes. How can enterprises distinguish the characteristics of different fabrics? The following Jinan Garment Factory introduces the characteristics of several common workwear fabrics:
1.貢爽呢：
1. Gong Shuang Fabric:
這種面料有聚酯纖維(滌綸)的挺闊，又有粘膠纖維的柔軟順滑，通過高溫的處理后，面料紋路緊實，高彈力性能，可以機洗，不需要熨燙，抗皺性能好。成份：聚酯纖維(滌綸)65%，粘膠纖維35%。工藝：二浴法全工藝染色。克重：260-270克/米。幅寬：148-150CM。
The fabric is wide of polyester fiber (polyester) and soft and smooth of viscose fiber. After high temperature treatment, the fabric texture is tight, with high elasticity, machine washable, no need for ironing, and good wrinkle resistance. Ingredients: 65% polyester fiber and 35% viscose fiber. Process: Two bath full process environmental protection dyeing. Gram weight: 260-270g/m. Width: 148-150CM.
2.全工藝滌卡：
2. Full process polyester card:
面料的紋路十分清晰，布面有光澤，色牢度高，不易褪色、不容易起球、縮水率小、可以機洗。面料成份：滌綸纖維80%，棉20%。幅寬：112CM。規(guī)格：126X60
The texture of the fabric is very clear, the surface is shiny, the color fastness is high, it is not easy to fade, not easy to pilling, the shrinkage rate is small, and it can be machine washed. Fabric composition: 80% polyester fiber, 20% cotton. Width: 112CM. Specification: 126X60
3.全工藝滌棉紗卡：
3. Full process polyester cotton yarn card:
面料縱橫紡路清晰，布面的光澤度高，面料厚實，色牢度很高不容易褪色、不容易起球、耐磨耐洗，吸濕排汗透氣。面料成份：滌綸纖維65%，棉35%。工藝：3/1斜紋組織。幅寬：150CM。規(guī)格：108X58。
The fabric has clear vertical and horizontal spinning paths, high luster, thick and solid fabric, high color fastness, and is not easy to fade, pilling, abrasion resistance, washing resistance, moisture absorption, perspiration and breathability. Fabric composition: 65% polyester fiber, 35% cotton. Process: 3/1 twill weave. Width: 150CM. Specification: 108X58.
4.廚師格：
4. Chef:
觸感柔軟順滑，吸濕性和透氣性能高，不易起球，這款面料定制的廚師服很高檔。成份：滌綸纖維65%，棉35%。重量：310-320克/米。幅寬：146-148CM。
It is soft and smooth to the touch, with high moisture absorption and breathability, and is not easy to pilling. The chef's clothes made of this fabric are very high-grade. Ingredients: 65% polyester fiber, 35% cotton. Weight: 310-320 g/m. Width: 146-148CM.
5.精工呢：
5. Seiko:
面料是滌綸長絲與棉紗交織而成的，斜紋為面，布料既有化纖的抗皺性能、防起球(毛)之效果，反面又不失棉的柔軟、吸濕透氣的特點，還有做加厚和防靜電的處理。成份：滌綸纖維55%，棉45%。組織：1/2斜紋組織。工藝：染色。重量：250-260克/米(加厚：320-330克/米)。幅寬：148-150CM。
The fabric is interwoven with polyester filament and cotton yarn, with twill as the surface. The fabric has the anti wrinkle performance of chemical fiber and anti pilling (wool) effect, while the reverse side has the characteristics of soft, moisture absorption and breathability of cotton, as well as thickening and anti-static treatment. Ingredients: 55% polyester fiber, 45% cotton. Tissue: 1/2 twill weave. Process: environment-friendly dyeing. Weight: 250-260g/m (thickened: 320-330g/m). Width: 148-150CM.
